Structural alterations and strengthening works to a 9-storey building, and new low density concrete topping throughout.
This scheme was a continuation of an existing relationship with a client at Canary Wharf. This included demolition of a 9-storey spiral staircase, new structural steelwork throughout the building and new low density concrete topping. We worked collaboratively with key stakeholders, local residents and businesses and implemented a robust management plan due to the complex logistics of the site, located in Canary Wharf.
