Project Description

Our East Midlands CAVU Lounge Refurbishment project consisted of the strip-out of redundant walls, partitions, glazed screens, floor finished and building services and replacement fit-out works. In addition, we undertook minor structural alterations and fit-out works to extend the lounge into an adjacent storage area to increase the overall capacity. We also installed new and repurposed FF&E.

This was a complex project with a tight programme, which we successfully handed over on time and with 100% on-budget delivery.
