Scope
Extensive Refurbishment & Structural Alterations to a Mixed-Use Live Building, creating new office and residential spaces.
This 6 storey multi-tenant building constructed in 1934, required structural repairs, a new roof, thermal upgrade, building services installations and complete architectural reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing spaces. The building was occupied throughout construction works, requiring careful management planning and close liaison with all stakeholders involved. The project was commended for Best Change of Use of an Existing Building award.
