Scope

Completed works to City Quays 3 project on behalf of Belfast Harbour – a record-breaking 16 storey office block in Belfast.

This project involved the fit out to the ground floor and CATA works of this superb space in City Quays Belfast. At 250,000 square feet, City Quays 3 is one of the largest Grade A office developments to be built in Northern Ireland.

The Grade A office development required complex site logistics due to its city centre and harbour location. It also required specialist joinery work by our team to create the stunning entrance space. The completed works were a success, achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and placed in the top 10 per cent of Sustainable New Buildings in the UK.
