3150m2 building provides variety of teaching accommodation, including live recording studios, control rooms, classrooms, canteen and a performance hall.
A unique world class academy offering young people a wonderful, creative environment and state of the art facilities to further their potential within the music, arts and film sector. This scheme demonstrates our ability to deliver state of the art educational facilities within a challenging and complex site, as the project was adjacent to four Network Rail railway lines, requiring specialist procedures and close liaison with Network Rail.
