Project Description

Our Highgate Studios project consists of the CAT A refurbishment of 12 office units, circulation areas, stair cores, and cycle store & shower rooms.

During the works the opportunity was taken to remove and upgrade all existing mechanical services within the units, installing new ventilation, heating and cooling systems, public health systems and drainage, as well as new electrical installations including LED lighting, LV switchgear and power to fire systems.

Excellent communication was crucial throughout this project, as all works were conducted in a live occupied building with multiple tenants.
