London Stansted International Departure Lounge Washrooms

Under a preconstruction agreement, Fado produced a collaborative delivery strategy that would minimise disruption and minimised the customer facing impact of a critical end user service. The works included high-end washroom facilities, complex waste/drainage through a convoluted baggage hall and access arrangements that allowed ‘live’ functionality to the Airport. This was achieved through both traditional fit out and offsite manufacturing. This bespoke offering allowed us to reduce our carbon waste and overall stakeholder inconvenience.
