Deconstruction of a 9-storey ‘live’ link building and façade infills to establish two separate office buildings.
Situated in the heart of Canary Wharf, the logistics for this project was extremely challenging and required a robust traffic management plan. Specific restrictions for working in Canary Wharf also had to be worked through, which we successfully managed by developing an excellent working relationship with Canary Wharf Group. The building was also live throughout the deconstruction and façade works requiring a collaborative working with key stakeholders involved.
